Where do you ship to?

During these unprecedented times, we have stopped shipping and are offering curbside pickup and local no contact delivery. When we start to offer shipping again it will be within Canada. Updates regarding this will be posted on our social media and email newsletter.

 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

*shipping currently unavailable* We ship with Canada Post, once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number to see when your package will arrive.

Where do I pick up my order?

We are located at 2210 Huron Road (Highway 7&8) in Shakespeare Ontario. Click HERE for our updated hours and how pick up works.

I have selected the curbside pick up option for my order. How soon do I need to pick it up?

You can come anytime during business hours to pick up your online order once you have received a confirmation e-mail or phone call from us that your items are ready for curbside pick up. Please be aware that the products are set aside the day the order is prepared, including those with best before dates. Unfortunately, we are unable to change out nearly expired or expired products. 

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING? *shipping currently unavailable*

We do not offer free shipping.  You may notice the word free when choosing the Pick Up In Store option, this is to show that a Canada Post Shipping Rate has not been selected and that you will be picking your order up. It does not indicate that the order will be shipped for free.

Are all your products shown on the website?

Yes! All Grocery, Chocolate, Drinks, Confectionary and more are now available online. New items arrive periodically.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. PayPal can be used at checkout as a quick payment option.

Do I need to make an account with you in order to shop?

No, you do not need to create an account. All accounts are optional so that you can see your previous orders.

How can I check what the best before date is?

We check every item before shipping to ensure that there is at least one month remaining to the best before date. All items within the 30 days are moved to our SALE page.

Can I add to an order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add to an order once it has been placed but you can place another order and we will gather them both together. You can also phone in your second order during business hours. 

When will my items be shipped out? *shipping currently not available*

Your order will be shipped out the day after the order has been placed. An e-mail containing a tracking number will be sent to the address you provided at checkout once it has been sent.

Is there a way for me to see my shipping costs before going through the checkout process? *shipping currently unavailable*

Yes, you can update shipping rates by going to your shopping cart once you have filled it.

I am looking for products that aren’t listed. Can I make a request?

We will try our best to fill any requests. Just complete the contact form that can be found on our Contact Page and we will e-mail you with a follow up when we have more information.

The product I ordered arrived in slightly different packaging then what was pictured, why?

Some of the photos on our website have been slightly affected by flash which tends to lighten the colours. Furthermore, companies do make changes to their packaging and an updated photo may have a slight delay appearing on the website. Both of these cases are rare but do occur and we thank you for your understanding.
